Method of Application

Follow the certified manufacturer procedure from the ROCSOL packaging specification for maximum adhesion, zero hollowness, and decades of bond durability.

MANDATORY PRECAUTION:

DO NOT ADD EXTRA CEMENT OR SAND WITH THE ADHESIVE. ROCSOL is a scientifically factory-formulated polymer polymer matrix. Adding external sand or cement ruins polymer cohesion and voids manufacturer warranty.

Surface Preparation

Clean the substrate thoroughly. The surface must be structurally sound, dry, rigid, and free from loose particles, grease, curing compounds, efflorescence, and dust.

Mechanical Mixing

Pour approx. 5.0 to 5.5 liters of clean potable water per 20kg bag into a clean container. Slowly add powder while mixing mechanically with a low-speed paddle stirrer until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved.

3 Wait 5-10 Min

Slaking Period

Allow the mixed mortar to slake (rest) for 5 to 10 minutes. This allows the high-grade polymers to fully hydrate and activate. Remix briefly without adding any additional water.

Notched Trowel Combing

Apply a thin contact layer using the flat side of the trowel, then comb adhesive uniformly with a 6mm×6mm (or 10mm×10mm for large format) square-notched trowel held at a 45° angle.

Tile Placement & Bedding

Press the tile firmly into the wet adhesive ridges with a gentle sliding/twisting motion to ensure 100% full bedding coverage without voids. For tiles >4 sq.ft., back-butter the tile back.

6 Wait 24 Hours

Curing & Grouting

Allow the adhesive to set undisturbed for 24 hours before subjecting to foot traffic or joint grouting. Do not walk or place loads on freshly installed tiles.
